Try our slow cooked Lamb Shank. We serve it Osso Bucco style, braised in red wine, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and house salad.

What makes our sauces and pizza so good?
We use San Marzano Tomatoes, a variety of plum tomatoes, which are considered by many chefs to be the best paste tomatoes in the world. Compared to the Roma tomato, San Marzano tomatoes are thinner and more pointed with a thicker flesh and fewer seeds. The taste is stronger, sweeter and less acidic. This gives our dishes a bold tomato flavor wtihout the acid.
